Spotify @ Xebicon 2015

I was able to the XebiCon conference this year. XebiCon is sponsored by Xebia (www.xebia.nl). Basically, Spotify has taken scrum to another level by organizing scrum teams (squads) into autonomous teams. The teams change based on their mission and there is not an accurate count of the number of teams.

Basic vocabulary for the Spotify Scrum Model:
  - Squad = Scrum Team
  - Squads are long-lived.
  - Cross functional teams are virtual teams
